No pump out for the live well exists, but there is a switch. Seller simply drains live well in to the bilge and then out through bilge drain.
No fishing gear or lifejackets come with sale. Inquire for specifics on what comes with boat if you have further questions.
Hour meter reads higher hours because seller once found key had been left on.
